Health Navigator Consultation
$150 USD
Book an extended consultation (approximately 60 minutes) with our Health Navigator, who will take a deeper look at your specific situation, walk you through your options in detail, and provide additional resources such as where to get second opinions and necessary imaging. Completely personalized to where you are in your journey.

All of our services start with an initial Telehealth appointment with the physician. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to book, and is credited towards the package you select.
The Self-Guided Traveler
Best for : An independent traveler with a companion who prefers to manage all travel and accommodations on their own, and simply needs help finding a doctor and support with medical coordination.

Best for: A patient traveling with a companion who wants their medical coordination, translation, and accommodation taken care of.

The All-Inclusive Traveler: Full Service Concierge Package
Best for: A patient who wants complete end-to-end support and to never feel alone.
$4,500 USDIncludes everything in the Assisted Traveler package, plus:
Airport pickup and drop-off
Dedicated bilingual concierge support throughout your stay
Transportation and accompaniment to all medical appointments, including surgery day
In-hospital wait and escorted return to your accommodation
Post-operative follow-up appointment accompaniment
Daily recovery check-ins and on-call WhatsApp support

How it Works

Get in touch with us to let us know what women’s health condition you’re struggling with and we’ll connect you with an international physician that can help.

During your meeting with the doctor, you will discuss your medical situation, get the chance to ask any questions you may have, and decide a treatment plan that works for you. The costs for the specific procedure/treatment you choose will be discussed during this meeting and are then later paid directly to the doctor/hospital. Contact us to get estimates for various procedure types.

Once you have your treatment plan, you will decide which package suits you best based on how much support you need during your medical tourism journey. All of our packages include Health Navigator services throughout the process, medical document coordination, and the cost of the initial telehealth consultation with the doctor (credited from your $200 deposit).

Once you’ve decided on a treatment plan with your doctor, we’ll take care of scheduling your remaining appointments and coordinating your care.
Depending on which package you select, we can also arrange your transportation and accommodation, and provide on-the-ground bilingual support so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Yes, our entire service is delivered in English, and we offer bilingual support at every stage.
The English speaking abilities of transport service, and many medical staff is varied. For full in-person translation support, we recommend selecting The All-Inclusive Traveler package.

All surgeries have some inherent risk. Your doctor will discuss the specific risks of your chosen procedure with you. Our partner surgeons are highly reputed gynecologists with specialties in uterine fibroids, endometriosis, robotic (Da Vinci) surgery, and other women’s health concerns. We only work with trusted medical professionals and hospitals that possess the gold standard safety ratings: JCI.

The surgeon does require someone to accompany you on the day of the procedure and during hospitalization. While a friend or family member companion is ideal for your care , our All-Inclusive Traveler package includes a bilingual concierge who will fill this role for women travelling alone. For this package you do not need to bring anyone with you. For all other packages, a companion is required.

Yes, absolutely. Your wellbeing always comes first.
You’re welcome to take your time after your consultation to explore your options and decide what feels right for you. We won’t move forward with coordinating anything on your behalf unless you choose to continue.
If you do decide to move forward, your $200 deposit will be applied as a credit toward your package.

Our coordination fees are not covered by insurance. However, we can help you enroll in a travel health insurance plan that provides medical coverage while abroad. This service is included in the Assisted Traveler and All-Inclusive Traveler packages only.

No. Destina Health is a care coordination and medical travel support company. We do not provide medical treatment or advice. All medical decisions are made by you and your physician.

An Destina Health Navigator is your dedicated registered nurse (RN) and healthcare advocate, specially trained to guide you through every step of your medical journey. With firsthand experience navigating the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system and a deep understanding of medical travel, your navigator is there to simplify the process, answer your questions, and ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
